Dies ist ein ganz kurzer Beitrag. Neulich war ich beim Ikea und natürlich hat man nicht nur die Sachen gekauft, die auf dem Einkaufszettel waren, sondern auch so das ein oder andere, was einen angelacht hat. Mir ist diesmal eine Brotbackmischung für ein Vollkornbrot in die Hände gefallen, genau das Richtige für mich, endlich mal wieder was zum Testen. Und was soll ich sagen, hat super funktioniert und schmeckt richtig gut.
Zuerst muss man die Packung sehr gut schütteln, damit sich auch alles vom Boden löst. Dann gibt man 600 ml lauwarmes Wasser dazu. Man öffnet nur eine Ecke von der Packung um das Wasser einzufüllen, dann gut zuhalten und eine Minute kräftig durchschütteln.
Die Mischung in eine gefettete Kastenform ( 25 cm ) geben und 45 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur gehen lassen. Den Ofen auf 200 Grad Ober- Unterhitze vorheizen und das Brot ca. 60 Minten backen. Die ganze Anleitung ist natürlich auch auf der Packung zu finden.
Also bei Eurem nächsten Ikea Besuch lohnt es sich durchaus, die Backmischung mal mitzunehmen.
Ich habe als Brotbelag selbstgemachtes Humus gewählt passte sehr gut!
Rezept für das Humus stelle ich auch noch ein.
